Lean
"Lean" is a concept that originated in automotive manufacturing at Toyota Japan but has since spread to all forms of manufacturing around the world as well as into construction, office workflow and more recently, software development.
The principal behind lean is the elimination of waste where "waste" is defined as being anything that doesn't provide value to the customer. The less waste you have, the more value you will be delivering to your customers and the lower your own expenses will be.
The various Agile development methodologies are heavily influenced by Lean but they all have different ideas on the best way to approach development. Using Lean techniques, you can optimize your own process to maximize the value delivered to your clients.
We can help you identify waste in order to maximize the value delivered to the client.
